About This Project

This project comprised the construction of the outdoor play and learning environments, including Key Stage 1 and 2 play areas, a ‘natural’ pond area, football pitch and bitmac sports area. Various bitmac and resin bonded paths were laid around the school. This project was delivered on a fully active building site, during which the building fabric construction was being undertaken. Collaborative working and weekly review meetings with the Main Contractor ensured that works were fully co-ordinated and delivered on programme.
